Shock pads reduce the vibration of your overall skateboard experience - particularly useful if you're riding pavements and normal road surfaces rather than sleek skate parks. They also give a little lift that isn't as extreme as a full riser pad. Can be used with regular riser pads or without. The shape of these pads perfectly compliment a traditional Independent baseplate shape - 1/8" thick and supplied as a pack of 2 in neat Independent packaging.
