UK Shipping

  • Orders placed before 2pm GMT, Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day. We use UKMail for big items (decks, completes etc). This is a guaranteed next working day service. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Service for smaller items.
  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders of £50 or more within the UK. (Please note that due to logistical restraints this is not possible for Highlands and Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland etc).
  • Next Working Day delivery is performed by UKMail. Although UKMail do not deliver on weekends or public holidays, they will deliver the next working day. Likewise, Orders placed on weekends and bank/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
  • If you provide us with a mobile phone number we will provide you with both tracking details and a delivery time slot. Someone needs to be present at the delivery address to sign for Next Day Delivery orders. If this is not possible the package may be returned to LongboardsUK - we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
  • Take advantage of our Free Next Working Day option by selecting the ‘free shipping option’ when prompted at the checkout.

International Shipping

  • The LongboardsUK website will automatically quote international customers for courier services to every country in the world. Please provide as much information as possible in regards to your address and contact details.
  • LongboardsUK can provide tracking details for all international orders so you can follow the progress of your parcel.
  • If you are ordering from outside the European VAT zone, you will automatically not be charged VAT - however you may be charged local taxes and import duty when the order arrives in your country. It is worth making yourself aware of these charges and the best way to pay before ordering from LongboardsUK.

  • The team at LongboardsUK are available between 9am-5pm GMT Monday-Friday. We normally get back to e-mails within a few hours, but if you haven’t heard from us within 24 hours please try again.

Privacy & Security

  • We do not share your details with any 3rd party websites or companies. We do not store credit card details. All payments are made through Sage Pay Secure Payments Gateway.
  • We take payments using Sage Pay Secure Payments. We do not store credit card details, everything happens between you and SagePay. We use a 2048 bit encrypted SSL secure connection on private pages. Should you have any doubt please get in touch.

Returns & Replacements

  • Please contact us before returning an item. We accept returns for items in their original packaging with a LongboardsUK invoice. Items not returned in this condition may be refused. Items returned for a refund items must be in unused and brand new condition unless otherwise discussed with a member of LongboardsUK staff. Always provide with your contact details and a short covering letter describing the reason for return.

Placing Orders

  • Ordering is made through this website ( We recommend Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari for a fast and safe shopping experience.
  • Orders can also be placed over the phone - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm - we're happy to advise on any purchase.
  • Alternatively why not visit our physical stores in London and Brighton Open 7 days a week.
  • We process payments via Sagepay and Paypal. If at any time you have an error message or a problem with a payment please contact us before trying to re-place the order as there are numerous reasons why Sagepay or Paypal may have delayed your payment authorisation.

Viewing Orders & Account Information

  • To check your order's status please go to "My Account" and click "My Orders". Alternatively you can always give us a call. You will be e-mailed an order confirmation within 12 hours of placing your order. In the very rare circumstance that we do not have your item in stock we will contact you directly with more information.
